My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with a complimentary mini bar that was restocked daily, but the price was on the higher side. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, though the dining options fell short for a 5-star hotel. The location was exceptional, making it easy to explore Florence on foot.
